I’m not quite sure which is better, the beard balm itself or the company. First the balm. It is the perfect resistance, not too squishy like many balms and butters, and not too waxy stiff. It literally is the perfect consistency. The breakdown in my hands and then into my beard is spectacular and perfect. And, that fragrance!!!
I’ve used a lot of the balms on the market and they are always too oily, too waxy or too soft. The Bahawat balm literally nails absolute perfection in balms. Well done guys!
Now to the company itself. Had a small issue with an order, and these guys got immediately involved, and then resolved it instantly. I really like the scent: spicty, woody, natural, but not overwhelming. I’m sensitive to smells and am very picky with how products, e.g. shampoo, deodorant, etc., interact and this provides a nice complement to my preferred daily products.
Additionally, this provides control over unruly flyaways, rebellious stray hairs, and other 2-year beard challenges without feeling like a styling product. I do use a small amount relative to my beard as that works for me. Another perk is it lacks the oily/greasy feel/residue I’ve experienced with other beard products: no need to wash my hands after manually reshaping my beard throughout the day and no risk of oily spots on the neck of my shirts.
