Shipping policy

 

  • Orders are fulfilled & shipped within 1 - 2 business days.  We are a family owned & operated business and do our very best to get orders out the same or very next day.  You will be notified of any delays in this process.
  • Once an order is marked "fulfilled" in our system, a shipping notification email is automatically sent to you.  If you have not received your tracking number email, please check your spam folder.  
  • Please allow for extending shipping times during Holidays and promotional sales events due to high order volumes.
  • your orders will ship within one to two (1 to 2) business days, excluding major US Holidays and Weekends.
  • BAHAWAT is not responsible for any inaccurate billing and/or billing addresses. Any additional shipping & handling fees occurred due to an error of these is the sole responsibility of the customer.  This includes shipments sent to "non-updated" addresses.
  • Customers are fully responsible for providing the correct and complete shipping address at checkout. Bahawat is not liable for any packages that are delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address due to customer error.

    Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to change or update the delivery address. If your package is delivered to the wrong address and you request that we resend the product to the correct address, you will be responsible for covering the cost of the new shipping label before we can process the replacement shipment.

  •  Bahawat is not liable or responsible for stolen/ lost shipments, please contact the carrier and file a claim directly with them.
  • Bahawat is NOT liable for any delays caused by the shipping carrier.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

  • US Orders over $75 USD (after applicable discounts & taxes) ship for FREE.
  • Our shipping is primarily through United States Postal Service (USPS), but we may opt to use UPS for larger orders.
  • All shipping rates are automated by the shipping carrier.  

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

  • All shipping rates are automated by the shipping carrier.  
  • For international Orders, some countries will require custom, duties, and taxes to be collected on all packages. This will be the sole responsibility of the buyer.  We DO NOT charge or collect any custom, duties, fees. If ordering  from the international country , you will be responsible for  custom fees, duties and or additional shipping fees.  We do not have any way have calculating these rates, so please take this into consideration before placing your order. 
  • For international Orders, if you refuse the delivery for any reason, you will be responsible for paying duties fees & taxes, service fees, and  return shipping fees for returning items back to us. Once the items are received back, the Carrier will provide us with the duties & taxes fees, service fees, and return shipping fees. These charges are all going to be deducted from the total amount of the order before a refund is granted.
  • Bahawat IS NOT responsible for any delays with International Shipments.  If an International order is delayed, it is likely due to the shipment being processed through Customs.  We have ZERO ability to track/locate a shipment when it is being process through Customs.
  • UPDATE: As of July 1st, 2021, the EU will require VAT (Value Added Tax) to be collected on all packages, regardless of the value.  This will be the sole responsibility of the buyer.  We DO NOT charge or collect any VAT fees.  If ordered from the EU, you will be responsible for any VAT fees, custom fees, duties and or additional shipping fees.  We do not have any way have calculating these rates, so please take this into consideration before placing your order.
