Shipping Policy

Orders are fulfilled & shipped within 1 - 2 business days. We are a family owned & operated business and do our very best to get orders out the same or very next day. You will be notified of any delays in this process.
Once an order is marked "fulfilled" in our system, a shipping notification email is automatically sent to you. If you have not received your tracking number email, please check your spam folder.
Please allow for extending shipping times during Holidays and promotional sales events due to high order volumes.

BAHAWAT is not responsible for any inaccurate billing and/or billing addresses. Any additional shipping & handling fees occurred due to an error of these is the sole responsibility of the customer. This includes shipments sent to "non-updated" addresses.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

US Orders over $50 USD (after applicable discounts & taxes) ship for FREE.
Our shipping is primarily through United States Postal Service (USPS), but we may opt to use UPS for larger orders.
All shipping rates are automated by the shipping carrier.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

UPDATE: As of July 1st, 2021, the EU will require VAT (Value Added Tax) to be collected on all packages, regardless of the value. This will be the sole responsibility of the buyer. We DO NOT charge or collect any VAT fees. If ordered from the EU, you will be responsible for any VAT fees, custom fees, duties and or additional shipping fees. We do not have any way have calculating these rates, so please take this into consideration before placing your order.
