We will do everything in our power to make sure you end up a satisfied customer. Everything that Bahawat offers is handmade, and made with PRIDE. This means that we stand behind every single product.
Damaged Items
If you received your order damaged or defective, we will exchange with no questions asked. Please contact us at info@bahawat.com and we will be happy to provide a store credit.We do require a photo or video of the defective product as evidence prior to issuing a replacement.
Refunds & Returns
- ALL Return Request(s) MUST be made within 30 days from the day which the order is FULFILLED.
- NO Refunds on Shipping Fees
- NO Returns on Sample products.
- NO Returns on Swag
- Customer is responsible for ALL Return Shipping Fees, unless the return or exchange is the result of an error by Bahawat's Fulfillment Team.
- NO Refunds for products having a "weak" smell or if the customer does not like the smell. A product exchange can be completed in order to help assist with finding the perfect scent for you. Unsure? Try one of our Sample Packs!
- If a return is granted, the refund, or store credit will be issued once product being returned is received by Bahawat.
- Please allow us 3-5 days from the point we receive your returned item to process your refund.
